At MTJree, we ensure that your orders are processed and delivered accurately and on time. Our shipping policy is divided into two sections based on the type of product: virtual products and physical products.
1. Virtual Products
- Delivery Method: Virtual products, such as digital services or downloadable files, do not require physical shipping. These products are delivered via email to the email address provided during the purchase.
- Delivery Time: Virtual products are sent immediately after payment is processed and the order is confirmed, usually within a few hours.
- Order Confirmation: A confirmation email will be sent containing all the details related to the digital product and how to access it.
2. Physical Products
- Shipping Method: Physical products are shipped through certified shipping companies. The shipping method is chosen based on the customer’s location and the available shipping options.
- Shipping Time: Shipping times vary depending on the destination. Generally, shipping takes between 7 and 14 business days.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs depend on the weight of the product and the delivery location. These costs will be clearly displayed during checkout before completing your order.
- Tracking Orders: After the product is shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent, allowing you to monitor the status of your shipment until it arrives.
3. International Shipping
We currently ship to selected countries. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Lost or Damaged ShipmentsIf your shipment is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the shipment, and we will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
